Germaine is the Chief Operating Officer at Transparently.AI and is responsible for the integrity of business operations, including overseeing finance, tax, legal and all corporate transactions.
She began her career in 2000 with KPMG in Singapore before relocating to the UK in 2003, where she held various regional and global investment-related roles at Citigroup for 12 years. She subsequently became the Chief Operating Officer at Firth Investment Management in 2016, managing operations, risk, and compliance. She is a CA (Singapore).
