Call for Nominations to ISCA Council

Nomination Process

  • Chartered Accountants of Singapore who wish to stand for election to the ISCA Council may download the nomination paper here.
  • Each candidate must be nominated by five Chartered Accountants of Singapore who are qualified to vote.
  • Completed nomination papers must be submitted to the Institute via email to agm@isca.org.sg by 12 March 2026 (Thursday), 5.30 pm.

Election Process

  • If the number of candidates exceeds the number of available Council vacancies, an election will be conducted via online voting, administered by an independent third party appointed by the Institute.
  • Should an election be required, members who are eligible to vote will receive details of the online voting process via email after the close of nominations.
  • Voting for Council Members will take place from 2 April to 20 April 2026.

Council Election Rallies

  • Eligible candidates contesting the Council Election will be invited to meet ISCA members and the community over lunch on 8 and 16 April 2026.

Announcement of Election Results

  • The results of the Council Election will be announced at the Institute’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025/2026 on 24 April 2026.
