Mr. Dyland Mah
Dyland is a professional accountant, Board member
and entrepreneur, with over 30 years of leadership experience across Asia
Pacific, having served as CEO for Tricor in Thailand and Vietnam, and as CFO
and Company Secretary for a Hong Kong Main Board-listed group. He was also the
Asia Pacific Regional Commercial Director at a market-leading multinational in
Hong Kong and President of a telecommunications company in South Korea. He
started his professional career at Coopers & Lybrand and went on to be the
Head of Corporate Finance at a public-listed group in Malaysia.
He is the co-founder at Chermant, a corporate
services firm with presence across ASEAN. He helps businesses navigate the
complex regulatory environments and advises on market entry and business
expansion strategies.
Dyland is a CA (Singapore) and holds several other professional qualifications.
