ISSB at COP28: Strong support for the work of the ISSB

As world leaders gather for COP28 to advance action for addressing climate risks, a group of major Multilateral Development Banks have confirmed their support for the work of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) on 30 November.

The statement is given by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the European Investment Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Separately, ISCA has also committed to advance the ISSB climate global baseline by becoming a signatory to the declaration of support which was announced during Finance Day at COP28 on 4 December.
